Fortunately, attractive homes and green building (environmentally conscious building) are not mutually exclusive.

By utilizing the healthiest products accessible, reducing the construction waste created during the labor, and building quality projects, we help ensure sustainability of a healthy environment for all, now and in the future. We accomplish this end through various ways, for example:

Using products that are proven to be healthier during their lifecycle, from the manufacturing process to ultimate product to eventual reuse/recycling, such as paints, finishes, & decking with low or no VOC (volatile organic compounds), FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood, and Trex decking.

Reducing the quantity of waste created during the construction by working with area firms in order to reuse everything possible and recycle the remainder.

Build using choice products and time-tested methods that guarantee the durability and design of the project for generations to come.
